Pra mim faz sentido total. Já saí pra andar sem rumo pelas ruas em muitos dias que meu psicológico estava uma merda, e sempre me fez bem. Melhor horário pra fazer isso é fim da tarde quando o calor do sol vai baixando, o dia ficando mais suave e gentil e a noite chegando.
