@oleganza I have heard reports that Gitbox has issues on Ventura. 🙏 Please please please post the code base on Github so the community can fix it. Every other git gui is a kludge.

Prediction: TypeScript will be dead in the next 10 years. It will be replaced by a Co-Pilot-like utility that can perfectly infer all types based on usage. You will just write normal JS, and all the benifits of TS will come from the editor.

An old school friend (hippie anti-vaxxer) is in ICU. Double vaxxed friend has it and is basically just annoyed he has to isolate and is otherwise fine. I’d have to know 20-30 others I’d say.

@panic Def got it enabled. Even tried explicitly adding node_modules to the Ignored Files list. No bueno.

@soniktrooth The most common cause of this would be if you've got Nova set up to NOT use your .gitignore file via your project settings. Double check there. If you've got that enabled, can you send us a copy of your .gitignore file? (Help Menu > Report a problem)

@panic Nova seems to want to reindex node_modules after I `npm install` even though they are ignored in my .gitignore. Any tips?

Talked with an Australian migration agent today who thinks we have very good odds for getting permanent resident visas. So exciting! Crossing my fingers, toes, and eyes. :)
