If he utilizes arena xp to the fullest - 150 or less hours is possible, counting both games. But prolly u have 20% SR and don't see it possible your way.

Desmond might've run into the most degenerate cheater this game has ever had 2 months of ~300-400h excessiv cheating, went from 0 to Prestige 6 This guy has been rage cheating 7-10h every single day
