@withkwins yes I'm caught up! idk I just feel some of the fandom have a view on the ship that makes me a little uncomfortable (coming from a disabled person). Im indifferent to the ship so i just wanted to hear others opinions on why they ship it because I have such a mindblock on it!

@withkwins it's not healthy in any way and that's totally fine. I'm curious to see where both their characters go. I think some people were just making me a little confused about the whole situation.

@withkwins yeah that's what I was thinking. the power imbalance is obviously clear but it's also rather skewed imo. I have such a weird mindset of it but I think that's just because of certain deanruit shippers. overall I can totally see why people like their dynamic! 1/2

@Kero_ish I can see that! I'd love to hear your take on it more. in terms of how you want the characters to grow further on etc my other main question is, do you like the ship based on the canon content we have of them, or is it more of a fanon ship version you prefer. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE

@spooknetts Other than the toxic yaoi part which in itself is a popular trope, it’s just for me (personally) the initial sinister-ness of their relationship, like enemies to lovers. On top of it being very forbidden WHA-society wise, so forbidden love, but not because of a doomed narrative
