It depends sha, for concurrent tasks on the server, node is good but not better than languages like c or golang because of things like memory overhead. So I feel everyone is just talking from their own standpoint

Ask someone why nodejs is not good for the backend and watch the person talk out of ignorance. im not compressing a 4gb video with node. node was basically made for i/o bound tasks, and these tasks even if you use c++ for it your performance won’t be much different from node 🤷🏽♂️
