The window still gets smashed and she’s pulled out while crying. If compliance was the goal, they already had it. Breaking glass was a choice. And the rhetoric does the rest. “Agitator.” “Obstruction.” Two labels, zero specifics. Convenient, because it lets people assume the worst without anyone having to prove anything. Here’s the line that matters. Either she committed a crime and they can articulate it, on paper, in court. Or she didn’t, and this was punishment for watching and recording. Release the body cam footage if it exists and the agent reports. Name the probable cause. If policy was violated, discipline follows. Accountability doesn’t disappear just because someone slapped “FAFO” on the thumbnail.
