@MLBrook This is also a UX problem in that there is no structure provided for the petition prayer by .gov.uk. I guess that whats happens when you get skunk works to fast track a facility.

This is a bloody awful petition. Yes, child abuse and grooming is terrible. But there are literally no proposals contained within this petition, just a call to "tame big tech" whatever the hell that means.

A problem I see with service design as a role is when the emphasis becomes mostly on doing research. Design means ideas, invention, challenge and learning through doing and making things real. Lots of projects spend too little time on these things
