"A final glorious day on our residential to the lakes. We have raft built, we have rescued Bob. We have zip wired across the lake, become archers and cooked our evening meal out in the woodland over an open fire. It has been great! We look forward to seeing you all later today!"

Year 6 contended with rain all day yesterday, however, despite that they continued to throw ourselves into everything. They have kayaked and been on the runway, as well as the challenge and obstacle courses. They are now looking forward to mountain day and some sunshine

Another brilliant day. Year 6 have been throwing themselves into everything from kayaking, to rock climbing and abseiling, to archery to runway, to the obstacle and challenge course, the children have been brilliant. We are all looking forward to another fun day.

After arriving safely on their residential yesterday, year 6 have settled in well already. Fingers crossed for the sun to shine for them this week as forecast !

Year 6 had a very productive drama workshop, creating an emotional piece based on the evacuation of thousands during WW2. Thank you to @theatrikids for her expertise and for deepining the children's understanding! #Creativity

Year 2 had a very enjoyable and hands on experience at Rushall Farm today. Set up in 1986, the Trust has welcomed thousands of people to experience something special in the countryside. It was certainly special for our children! #StMTrips

We were blown away by the talent, creativity and courage on display at our Spring Concert on Tuesday afternoon. A special thank you to Mrs Milanovic for coordinating the event - the children and audience in attendance enjoyed all the performances! #StMMusic

Our Year 1 and 2 children have really enjoyed taking part in the MultiSkills festival at Alder Grove CE Primary School along with other Keys Academy Schools. #StMSport #Community

After completing the low ropes this morning, our Year 5's moved onto orienteering where they continued to build on their teamwork and communication skills! #Y5HookeCourt

Year 5 made an active start to their final day at Hooke Court with some of the children joining Miss Smith for a morning run before breakfast. After which, they have been tackling the challenging low ropes course which requires a high level of teamwork! #Y5HookeCourt

Year 1 have been linking their learning in English, Science and DT this week through the art of sandwich making. The sandwiches do look appetising! #Creativity

Year 4 enjoyed building upon their knowledge of the Romans by visiting Fishbourne Roman Palace and Gardens. As well as exploring the site, they also took part in several interactive workshops which helped bring their learning to life. #StMTrips

Our Year 3/4 Girls Football Team took part in a fun day of celebration at Alder Grove CE Primary School. The aim of this FA initiative, supported by Reading FC, is to inspire and empower the next generation of girls' football! Our team really enjoyed taking part in the festival!
