I'll be curious to see if Ms. Payne's counsel submits a response to the prosecution's brief. That's customary, but the briefing order does not invite him to do so. Should he try to get his shots in when he can, and then watch the prosecution make fools of themselves moving to strike his brief?
Or should he follow the adage that when your opponent is floundering, shut up and let them.

Denver just missed out on the Super Bowl because their backup QB can’t play. Ben Johnson thinks so much of Bagent he gave him millions of dollars last summer. Trading that value for some draft pick…will never make sense to me.

I rewatched the game film and I don’t think I’ve seen someone make this type of effort to give Rudy the ball. since Ricky Rubio.

I understand Izzo's point, but the refs only looked at the play because Brad Underwood requested an appeal. The appeal was denied, and it cost the Illini a time out. So if people are going to single out Fears for this reason, it could work to Michigan State's benefit.
