Knicks should, obviously, not play OG Anunoby until the Sixers have won a game this series.
You could argue they shouldn't play him until the Sixers have won twice.
I'm sitting him at 2-0, 3-0 or 3-1 for sure.
Need him to be 100% and not a re-injury risk before a potential ECF

Sit OG in Game 3
If you win, obviously you sit him in Game 4 on Sunday. Even if NY loses, expect them to err on the side of caution and sit him out Sunday afternoon.
Knicks medical/coaching staff have focused on the big picture all season. Don’t expect that to change now.
