タグの話で、レアケースだけど mCherryをC末に付ける場合、N末11アミノ酸を削ってから付けないとfree mCherryがわんさか作られて訳わからんことになります。あと、mCherryはSDS+ボイルで切れるので、精製タンパクの泳動では注意すべし。 journals.plos.org/plosone/articl…
