did my second walk of the day and omg i am tired

does anyone else split their meals into 4 small ones a day so it feels like you’re eating more? i do

making it a goal to lose at least 15 lbs by the end of the month hopefully 20 lbs

i had a chicken patty sandwich for a total of 303kcal and now i’m gonna take a 30 min walk on my walking pad

everytime i go over my cals ill just make myself walk on my walking pad for 30 min

i didn’t think i was competitive in my ed until i saw someone losing weight i knew and i was like oh hell no i need to lose weight faster than them

been cleaning my room all day cause my old job killed my mental health and once that’s done gonna take a nice lil walk on my walking pad

@rainlillith not the direct aspartame 😭 i’ve been a lover of coke zero for a long time and now i like the taste of diet coke better

@strvestar I tried to enjoy sprite zero.... 🤢. Its like I was getting a sip of direct aspartame and nothing else , I can't do the aftertaste lol. Diet coke is better than coke zero tho ♡♡

someone said anorexics only drink coke zero but i’ll have you know my drink of choice is sprite zero tyvm
