quite unsolicited advice, but with today's job market, it's better to be a working reviewee or freelance while reviewing it's truly a gamble to review fulltime or even resign esp since there are still no sure positions for registered psychometricians.

philippine job market has always favored the experienced because it is sure to be cost-effective. but it's 10x more challenging to land an entry-level position since companies are no longer willing to shoulder training costs

@anjjirpm i forgot about indeed nga pala, pero iirc correctly sa review ko sa i/o talagang saglit lang mag-scan si recruiter ng resume kaya dapat top prio talaga siya ioptimize when applying (ATS friendly resume is another)
