This is what fear of flying looks like (uncontrollable crying, panic attacks, extreme anxiety, tachycardia, constant fear) 💔 And the worst thing… in two hours I will have to board another plane and go through all of that again 😭

@subzeroiq I flew to America from the UK not long after 9/11, really did not want to go. My wife bought me the first Harry Potter book, it totally took my mind off the flight, ever since I’ve been totally relaxed about flying
