@amtiredandsad A website for a landlord though is THE BEST idea!! You have no idea how many files have a difficult time closing solely because of landlords!

That being said, if you are a creator with an established llc & are in need of help setting up a website to direct a loan officer or landlord to—hmu. I’ve helped a handful of creators & would love to help more because at the end of the day we all deserve the right to privacy

@amtiredandsad Hey I just wanted to chime in on this. I have done a handful of loans for SW’s and people with OF income. If you have clients having issues getting pre approved they need to find a different bank. If you pay taxes to Uncle Sam I can’t discriminate. Feel free to reach out.

Why do creators get questioned/denied loans or places to live based on their career? One of my really good friends just got denied a home loan because his main source of income is OF. He makes more than I do but because it’s from 🌽 that’s somehow beneath a “regular” job

@BTCSexWorkers @srynotfrmhere Luckily rates have dropped a bit but I get your point. Just remember, you can always refinance to a lower rate. But think of what you could do with all that money if you didn’t put it all down on a house.

@themelodyjai @srynotfrmhere They also targeted minorities and used loans that are no longer allowed. Since 2014, the CFPB has made numerous changes so 2008 cannot happen again. @AvaBostonXOXO has worked with me and I bet would vouch that I am on your side first and foremost.
