@helen_melon__ I use the free version, really helpful for symptom and supplement etc tracking, and they introduced a monthly FUNCAP tracker recently which is useful to monitor broader health trends. I don't find the daily score that useful, and haven't yet been tempted by the paid version.

#pwME who’ve tried Visible have you actually found it helpful? I’m conflicted on whether to get it. Everything is so overwhelming & hard atm & anything that might help sounds like a good idea but obviously that’s BS, especially with things “for M.E.” that cost money.

The budget closed the pensions inheritance tax loophole, reduced other inheritance loopholes, and confirmed the triple lock, but other trailed changes to pensions didn’t materialise. Where does this leave the pensions system which the government has vowed to reform? 🧵 /1
