When dictator @FEGnassingbe scrapped presidential election from our constitution in Togo, staged a parliamentary fast 2 weeks later where he claimed his party magically win won 95% of the seat then got himself appointed head of state I knew he will his inspire his colleague dictators all over the continent just like he did when he committed a coup after his father died and seized power. Now we see it as a trend with dictators preparing their sons to replace them. Very soon, all the tyrants on the continent whose only aspiration is to rule for life will transition to so called “parliamentary systems” .
