Earlier today we experienced issues with email on our shared/reseller fleet due to a problem with a popular RBL that we utilize. This has since been resolved and and we apologize about the inconvenience. If you continue to experience issues please let us know.

@sil I was with surpasshosting.com for about 15 years, I think they do everything you want and their support was fantastic

current status: very annoyed that my site's SSL certificate (provided by my host, via Let's Encrypt) expired yesterday and still isn't fixed despite filing a support ticket last night and a live chat today where they tried to upsell me. If it isn't fixed soon I shall shop around.
