A few things you can do for yourself this year: 1. Get a driver’s license 2. Go find out your blood type 3. Test for HIV 4. Reduce screen time 5. Read long texts(social media addiction will hinder your focus so much). 6. Go back to finish your matric/ improve your matric results 7. Register for that course 8. Leave that relationship 9. Reduce alcohol consumption 10. Go see a therapist (work on your mental health). These services are also available in public hospitals 11. Go get your eyes checked 12. Go on a solo date 13. Start a small business 14. Do some form of physical work out(gym/exercising at home)
