As of today, our plan is to open submissions for our TTRPG grants next month, on February 15th. Submissions will remain open until March 15th, with results announced in May. We appreciate your patience, and thank you for your understanding.

Apologies, all. Several of our judges and a large number of would-be applicants have been displaced or are facing other challenges as a result of the California wildfires. To ensure maximum participation, we have made the difficult choice to postpone grant submissions.

Thanks so much to everyone who came to help us celebrate six outstanding actual play creators! There's plenty more to come from the Tabletop Arts Fund as the year continues -- can't wait to see you there!

The scores have been tallied, the ties debated, and the final results decided. Join us live on Friday, December 20th when we announce the 2025 Tabletop Arts Fund Actual Play Grant winners!

The final scores are in! We're taking a break from the convention to do some early morning tabulation, then it's off to the group chat for final decisions!

Scoring is nearly complete and *wow* is it close! Nearly thirty shows are within striking distance of a grant-worthy finish, and our judges have filled our DMs with more than 8,500 words explaining why their favorites should make the cut.

The Tabletop Arts Fund is heading to #PAXU! We don't have a booth, but we do have a man in a shirt and if you see him you should feel free to demand his attention. Want to make sure we meet up? Send us a DM! Or a messenger raven! Or a fleeting dream omen!

Post-holiday statistic: performers of color make up at least half the cast in 40% of this year's submissions, with 7% of submissions made by an all-BIMPOC cast and crew.
