Most 996ers are LARPers. Why? They spend most of their day pretending to be productive. Reading spam. Writing shitty follow-ups. Reorganizing the inbox for the 5th time. If their time was actually valuable, they'd get more efficient instead of performing busywork. It's the same reason email got prettier for 20 years but never got easier, the busywork feels like work, so nobody ever bothered to fix it. But we don't LARP at @slashyemail So we fixed email. One of the biggest misconceptions in startups is that founders should be outsourcing sales after a certain MRR threshold I firmly disagree with this take. I will never not take sales calls, I love the game, I love explaining why UGC is the best growth channel on earth If you're thinking about removing yourself from the sales process...
