@traintheteacher Used this reflection with my First Graders today. We have them each “promise” on a slip of paper and working in small groups asked them to rank the agreement points from 1-5. We then asked why had their thinking changed from August. Quite powerful.

Engaging in reflection with our colleagues is essential as we build our reflective capacities. Instead of, “ya but…” let’s try, “I wonder what would happen if…” to invite conversation, stretch our thinking & model the dispositions of an #inquirymindset #leadingwithinquiry
