@alicekeeler @Brentcoley had the great idea of using a Google Form to capture the minutes from department meetings. From the Google Sheet, he used Autocrat to put the text into a preformatted template that was automatically shared back with the participants and other interested parties.

Doing a presentation tomorrow for district leaders on admin tools and productivity hacks (remember I'm a Google expert) what should I include or what problems can I try to solve?

@GoogleForEdu It is easy, but it also makes copies of all the files in the classes. My Drive gets very cluttered with all those copies.

Copy active and archived classes to save time in #GoogleClassroom. When you copy a class, everything from classwork, topics, your grading system and more all copy over. Easy as 1..2..3! goo.gle/3fmhhEg
