At Myriad Uranium Corp., historical testing delivered 90–95% uranium recoveries using standard leaching. Combined with tier-one U.S. jurisdictions, Myriad is building a technically de-risked uranium growth story at Copper Mountain. Volcanoes don’t just shape landscapes — they create mineral systems. Rhyolite domes, calderas & hydrothermal fluids are nature’s plumbing for concentrating metals. Many of the world’s richest #silver & #gold deposits formed in volcanic environments. Follow the volcanics. That’s where discoveries are made. 🌋⛏️🚀

The 1982 DOE estimated 655M lbs uranium at Copper Mountain. @MyriadUranium holds ~60% of district acreage and 80-85% of the central zone, positioning it as the dominant landholder in one of the largest undeveloped uranium districts in the US. Listen 🎧 share.transistor.fm/s/fc045b4c

Ahead of a high impact drilling campaign at Copper Mountain🇺🇸, @MyriadUranium 's sale of the non-core Red Basin Project🇺🇸 has numerous benefits: 👉Cash on close (on or before April 17). 👉Maintained upside via a 10% free carried interest in the Project. 👉Strategic alliance with a solid partner for other uranium initiative over the LT. **Not investment advice, just opinion, observation & analysis. Myriad Uranium just pulled off a sharp capital allocation move: selling the Red Basin #uranium project in New Mexico for $2.5M cash while retaining a 10% free-carried interest, meaning they keep long-term upside without funding development. The company originally acquired the asset ~1 year ago for about C$525k, implying a >6x return on capital plus continued exposure if the project advances. Even more interesting is the strategic alliance with Subatomic, a venture backed by U.S. tech investors (including funds like 8VC), signaling growing Silicon Valley interest in domestic uranium supply for energy-intensive technologies. Myriad monetizes early exploration success, keeps upside, and gains a well-funded partner to potentially accelerate development.

Myriad Uranium significantly expands its land position at the Copper Mountain Uranium Project in Wyoming — increasing holdings from ~9,439 acres to ~18,351 acres. The expanded footprint now covers all key areas and priority targets across the Copper Mountain district. #uranium

Myriad’s expanded Copper Mountain land package now captures a large share of the district’s historically defined uranium endowment, estimated up to 655 Mlbs eU₃O₈. With new anomalies identified and validation underway, exploration momentum is building. More from CEO Thomas Lamb: ow.ly/ZCbJ50Ysk6e CSE: $M.CN | OTC: $MYRUF | FRA: $C3Q

Amazing news: Myriad Uranium $M $MYRUF just doubled its land position at the Copper Mountain Project in Wyoming — now controlling 18,351 acres and covering all key targets in the district. #uranium #nuclear High-resolution geophysics has already identified large new uranium anomaly zones east of the known deposits, in previously untested ground. Historic Bendix studies estimated up to 655 Mlbs eU₃O₈ in the broader area. With Myriad now controlling ~62% of the Assessment Area and 80% of the Control Area, this is shaping up to be one of the largest uranium projects in the United States, if not the largest. As uranium prices rise, more of this endowment becomes economic. Exploration drilling next. 🚀 Disclosure: I have a commercial relationship with Myriad Uranium

What is “bonanza grade” in mining? #Silver: >1,000 g/t #Gold: >30 g/t These grades are rare, and when they appear, they can transform a project because higher grades mean more metal per tonne of rock, which can dramatically improve economics. Now look at what J2 Metals $JTWO just reported at the Sierra Plata Project: • 3,100 g/t silver • 12.8 g/t gold That’s bonanza-grade silver mineralization from a historic mining district. Gold grades are very strong as well. Of course, these are early-stage results and drilling will ultimately determine the scale and continuity of the system. But in exploration, the first question is always simple: Is there high-grade metal in the system? At Sierra Plata, the answer appears to be yes. J2 Metals is a low-mcap silver, gold and antimony play with huge potential imo 👀. Disclosure: I have a commercial relationship with J2 Metals.

The good news in the U.S. uranium sector will continue non-stop for many years to come. Here's more: Federal Financing Extends Nuclear Fleet—and Strengthens Uranium Demand @MyriadUranium welcomes the DOE’s $26.5 billion financing package, particularly its support for roughly 6 GW of nuclear uprates and license renewals in Georgia and Alabama, announced last week. By backing reactor uprates and long-term license extensions, the Department of Energy is reinforcing nuclear power as core, multi-decade grid infrastructure. Extending nuclear plant lifespans and increasing output directly translates into sustained uranium fuel demand. For U.S. uranium explorers and developers like Myriad, this improves long-term demand visibility and supports a stronger contracting outlook, as utilities continue securing reliable, domestic fuel supply for an extended operating fleet. energy.gov/articles/energ…

Someone forwarded me this comment today regarding @MyriadUranium and I endorse it: The high-resolution geophysical survey results released by Myriad Uranium on March 2, 2026, represent a significant "de-risking" event for the company. By validating historical data and identifying vast new target areas, the company has effectively shifted the narrative from a single-deposit story to a potential district-scale uranium play. Below is a summary of what this means for the property and the company's enterprise value (EV). 1. Impact on Property Value The value of a junior mining property is driven by its resource potential and drill-readiness. These results improve both: • Validation of Historical Assets: The survey showed a "violet signature" (radiometric high) that perfectly aligns with known historical deposits. This confirms that the modern geophysics work as a reliable "proxy" for finding uranium on this specific land. • Discovery of New Zones: Most significantly, the survey identified a large number of anomalies in untested ground east of the main structural corridor. This suggests the uranium system is much larger than previously mapped by historical operators like Union Pacific. • Target Refinement: The coincidence of magnetic and radiometric signatures allows Myriad to pinpoint exactly where to drill in their upcoming Q2 Phase 2 program, reducing the "blind drilling" risk and increasing the value per meter drilled. • Land Consolidation: Based on these results, Myriad moved to secure additional ground, effectively increasing the "real estate" value of their portfolio before competitors could move in. 2. Impact on Enterprise Value (EV) Enterprise Value reflects what the market thinks the company's total assets are worth, minus its cash. This news affects EV through several levers: • Expanded "Blue Sky" Potential: Investors typically pay a premium for companies that can prove their project isn't just one mine, but a "district." By showing that anomalies exist far beyond the known 15–30 million lb historical resource, the "ceiling" for the company’s valuation has been raised. • Lower Exploration Risk: High-resolution geophysics are a low-cost way to prove value. By "ground-truthing" (manually checking) these anomalies and finding elevated radiation on the surface, Myriad is providing the market with high-confidence evidence of mineralization without the massive expense of a 200-hole drill program. • M&A Attractiveness: Large uranium producers look for "consolidated districts" rather than isolated small deposits. This survey makes Myriad a more attractive acquisition target for mid-tier or major miners looking for a significant Wyoming footprint. • Market Sentiment: With uranium prices historically strong in early 2026, the ability to show "new information" that wasn't available in the 1970s allows Myriad to re-rate its valuation against peers who may only have stagnant historical data.
