@turbotroleo @rex2630 @0nly_Blu3 @teamspeak That’s certainly understandable, but audio streaming for screensharing on Mac & Linux presents its own challenges to implement and function properly, and we have separate people working on Mac/Linux.

@teamspeakdev @rex2630 @0nly_Blu3 @teamspeak Next to MacOS seems questionable at the very least, but alright 🙄

@StiekemeHenk @teamspeak If you click on a link that doesn't lead to an Official TeamSpeak Website, you'll see a warning before the website opens. From there, you can either proceed to the website, cancel it, or add the website to a list of trusted sites, which you can manage in your settings.

@teamspeakdev @teamspeak Please do something to make sure people don't click scam links

@0nly_Blu3 @teamspeak Foundation II will not include server-sided screen-sharing.
This update will include audio capture on macOS, improve rendering, copy/paste, HTML import behavior, and streaming defaults for better quality and performance.
English

@teamspeakdev @teamspeak Will it include server side screen sharing?
English

@FlexKnee @teamspeak Of course, that's already possible.
English

@teamspeakdev @teamspeak Will teamspeak allow for hosting of over 1000 users in one server?
English

@0FiverVT @teamspeak When you create a snapshot, you will be asked for your download location and will receive a JSON file.
English

@teamspeakdev @teamspeak Snapshots are pretty cool, may i ask why you chose this instead of a .ini or whatever backup file, which could be importat and exportable maybe easily?

@AlexandruA17 Not yet, no.
The exact licensing model & pricing for the TeamSpeak 6 Server are still being worked on.

🆕 Release - TeamSpeak Server v6.0.0-beta7 🆕
This update includes several important fixes and improvements to stability, accounting, and file handling. The S3-based File Transfer Test Phase has begun, and the default license has been updated.

English

@v0od0otv The beta license is no different from the default license for TeamSpeak 3. We earn money through licensing, but the exact pricing for TS6 is still WIP. You can continue to host the server for free (TS6 or TS3), but as with TS3, you are limited to a certain number of slots.
English

@teamspeakdev i was excited hearing ts6 becoming available but now after learning you could potentially revoke the "evaluation" license at any time and start charging money really puts me off wanting to use it.
