پاکستان کی تاریخ کا بدترین سفیر عمران خان کی بےمثال سفارت کاری پر پہلے بھی مفصل لکھا تھا جو کافی وائرل ہوا تھا۔ اب پی ٹی آئی آفیشل نے پوسٹ کی ہے کہ موجودہ سفارتی کامیابیوں کو دیکھ کر آپ لوگ اصل سفارتی گورو عمران خان کو مت بھول جانا۔ پھر انہوں نے اسکی سفارتی کامیایبوں کی چند مثالیں دی ہیں جو پیش خدمت ہیں۔ "امریکہ کا افغانستان سے انخلاء عمران خان کی وجہ سے ہوا تھا۔" یہ تو کوئی یوتھیا ہی بتا سکتا ہے کہ عمران خان نے کیسے امریکہ کو نکالا تھا؟ لیکن اتنا پتہ ہے کہ طالبان اور امریکہ مزاکرات مری بوربن میں ہونے والے تھے۔ پھر عمران خان کی حکومت آئی تو اس کی کامیاب سفارت کاری کی بدولت وہ مزاکرات پاکستان سے دوحہ شفٹ ہوگئے۔ پاکستان بلکل باہر ہوگیا۔ حتی کہ اس سارے عمل میں امریکی صدر نے عمران خان کو ایک فون تک کرنا گورا نہیں کیا جس کا عمران خان نے دو انٹرویوز میں شکوہ بھی کیا۔ پھر بھی عمران خان نے ان کے لیے پی آئی اے وقف کر دی تھی امریکیوں اور انکے وفادار لاکھوں افغانیوں کو بغیر ویزے کے پاکستان لے آیا تھا۔ اس کے بدلے میں موصوف نہ دہشتگردی کے خلاف کوئی ضمانت لے سکا، نہ قید دہشتگردوں کی رہائی روک سکا، نہ افغانستان میں امریکہ سے اسلحے کا انبار چھوڑنے پر کوئی اعتراض کرسکا۔ پھر جب امریکہ چلا گیا تو اپنی سبکی مٹانے فیض حمید کو کابل چائے کے ساتھ تصویر بنوانے بھیج دیا جس کے بعد خوب پروپیگنڈا کیا کہ امریکہ کو دراصل ہم نے نکالا ہے۔ جس پر امریکہ کو افغانستان سے نکلنے میں جو سہولت کاری کی تھی وہ نیکی بھی ضائع ہوگئی اور امریکہ میں رائے عامہ پاکستان کے مزید خلاف ہوگئی۔ "کرتار پور کوریڈور ڈیل عمران خان کی بڑی کامیابی تھی۔" یہ پاکستانی اسٹیبلشمنٹ کا پرانا آئیڈیا تھا سکھوں کو پاکستان کے قریب لانے کا۔ باجوہ نے زور دیا تو عمران خان نے کہا کرلو۔ لیکن پھر بطور حکمران عمران خان کا کام تھا اس کو سفارتی محاذ پر بیچتا۔ سکھ انڈیا کی عوام ہے اس پر مودی کا شکریہ اور اعتراف حاصل کرتا کہ پاکستان نے جذبہ خیرسگالی کے تحت ہمارے لوگوں کو سہولت دی۔ لیکن مودی تو کیا وہ کسی بھی انڈین حکومتی عہدیدار کو لانے میں ناکام رہا اور افتتاح سدھو سے کروایا جو سابق کرکٹر ہے اور آجکل کامیڈی شو کرتا ہے۔ عمران خان نے کہا تھا دس ہزار لوگ روز آئنگے لیکن پانچ سو بھی نہیں آتے اور کرتار پور ویران پڑا ہے۔ البتہ سکھوں نے خوش ہوکر وہاں عمران خان کو سونے کا ایک لوٹا گفٹ کیا تھا جو اس نے چوری کر لیا اور بیچ کر کھا گیا۔ "عمران خان نے سعودی عرب اور ایران میں مصالحت کرائی۔" یہ کارنامہ اس نے کب سرانجام دیا اس پر انٹرنیٹ، گوگل، گروک اور چیٹ جی پی ٹی وغیرہ بلکل خاموش ہیں۔ ہاں یہ چین نے کیا تھا بیجنگ میں۔ یہ پتہ ہے کہ سعودی ولی عہد محمد بن سلمان نے اس کو کک مار کر جہاز سے نکال دیا تھا اور اپنے پیسے بھی واپس مانگ لیے تھے۔ بھلا جو شخص اسکو لاتیں مار رہا تھا وہ اسکی مصالحت کیسے مان لیتا؟ "عمران خان نے آئی ایم ایف سے قرضہ لیا۔" یعنی آئی ایم ایف سے قرض لینا عمران خان کا سفارتی کارنامہ ہے؟ ویسے عمران خان نے آئی ایم ایف سے پاکستان کی تاریخ کا بدترین معاہدہ کیا تھا جس میں سٹیٹ بینک پر کنٹرول بھی انکو دے دیا تھا۔ اسی معاہدے کی وجہ مہنگائی کا جو طوفان آیا تھا وہ اب جاکر تھما ہے ورنہ اس دور میں تو روز چیزوں کی قیمتیں بڑھتی تھیں۔ "عمران خان نے یو اے ای اور سعودی عرب سے قرضہ لیا۔" کیا کہنے کامیاب سفارت کاری کے قرضے لیتا رہا۔ ویسے معلومات کے لیے ناظریں کو بتاؤں کہ عمران خان کے دور میں خزانہ اتنا خالی ہوگیا تھا اس نے یو اے ی اور سعودی عرب کی منتیں کیں کہ 6 ارب ڈالر امانتاً ہی رکھوا دو۔ انہوں نے کہا ہم پھر بھی سود لینگے۔ یوں عمران خان نے 6٪ شرح سود پر ایک ایسا قرضہ حاصل کیا جس کو وہ استعمال بھی نہیں کرسکتا تھا۔ جب کہ دیگر عالمی ادارے 1٪ یا 2٪ شرح سود پر قرض دیتے ہیں جو آپ استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔ اس قرضے میں سے ایک ابھی جاکر موجودہ حکومت چکانے والی ہے۔ "عمران خان نے او آئی سی کے مقابل مسلمانوں کی الگ تنظیم بنانے کی کوشش کی تھی۔" مطلب مسلمانوں کی اکلوتی تنظیم توڑنے کی کوشش کی تھی؟ ویسے محمد بن سلمان سے بےعزت ہونے کیے بعد اس نے یہ بچگانہ حرکت کی تھی جس پر محمد بن سلمان کی دھمکی ائی تو اپنی ہی بلوائی گئی اس کانفرنس میں گیا تک نہیں حتی کہ وفد بھی نہیں بھیجا۔ جس پر ترکی اور ملائشیا دونوں ناراض ہوگئے تھے اور پاکستان کی خوب سبکی ہوئی تھی۔ پاکستان کی اور خود اپنی اس بدترین تذلیل کو بھی اگر یہ کارنامہ کہتے ہیں تو بس پر انکا کوئی علاج نہیں۔ عمران خان پاکستان کی تاریخ کا بدترین حکمران تھا جس نے سفارتی محاذ پر ایسے ایسے بلنڈرز کیے تھے کہ یقین نہیں آتا۔ #pakistanemergingpower #PakPrideFMAsimMunir

Afghan Minister Raises Concerns Over Pakistan Bypassing Afghanistan in New Iran–Uzbek Transit Route Speaking to Afghanistan Times, Afghanistan’s Acting Minister of Trade (Taliban administration) has said that recent reports about Pakistan’s new transit arrangement with Iran and Uzbekistan show that Pakistan is effectively bypassing Afghanistan in regional trade routes. He stated that Pakistan has now started using a new corridor through Iran to send shipments to Uzbekistan, and the first shipment has already been dispatched. According to him, this clearly shows that Pakistan is shifting trade away from Afghanistan and using Iran as an alternative route to reach Central Asia. The Afghan minister said Afghanistan used to be the main bridge between Central Asia and South Asia, but now these new routes are reducing Afghanistan’s importance in regional trade. He added that since Pakistan–Afghanistan trade was already not stable, this new development makes Afghanistan even more sidelined in transit routes. He also criticized Pakistan for choosing to bypass Afghanistan instead of using traditional regional routes, saying this weakens Afghanistan’s position in regional connectivity and trade. The statement reflects concern in Kabul that Afghanistan is being left out of major new trade corridors, and its role as a key transit country is slowly decreasing due to shifting regional trade strategies. He further added that Afghanistan is now in a difficult position because earlier hopes of trade expansion through regional partnerships were not fully successful. According to him, expected trade progress with India did not move forward properly, and similarly the trade opportunities that were expected through Iran also did not develop as planned. As a result, Afghanistan’s hopes of becoming a strong regional trade hub are weakening, and the country is being pushed into a more isolated position in regional connectivity.
