@teexgames Ooof ya sometimes there's a direct cause but others they don't really know😭. The exercises don't really work for me either which sucks. I think it gets worse with age too so it's kinda like wtf do you dooo lol

@teexgames I do jaw exercises that I've learned from physical therapy but I can't afford it anymore.🙃 mines caused by misalignment issues tho so I'm doomed lol
