Essentially, at A6 Akechi makes everyone Masterminds, but when he gains Arrows of Truth from other supports (who will deal like, 2 damage), it will override the 240% effect, thus making his damage output plummet

If you don't understand why it's "nerfing" the solo DPS let me explain : The boosted S3 is meant to increase your damage output because if he is the only one dealing damage then the recorded DMG will be close to 0. For example if you bring twins support and they do 10k damage then crow will only do 19.5% of the 10k instead of doing his boosted S3 which is around 185% almighty damage (which can Crit unlike the recorded DMG). This means that as a solo DPS Crow cannot be used with any support or persona that inflict damage otherwise it's going to make his DPS output plummet

This I feel like is also a very big problem in the Beyblade community as a whole, so many small/medium creators utilizing ai for videos.
Where I live, the Beyblade tournament holders island wide use ai for their posters, same with another store I like to go to, it’s annoying

Arrows of Truth scales on the recorded damage, and is FIXED. This means it is not affected by any of Akechi's personal stats, thus meaning that it CANNOT CRIT.
Arrows of Perjury, however, are NOT fixed damage and they scale on his stats. This means that this CAN CRIT.
