To afford a rig like this and bring the guy and his entire team all the way from the US and book a venue big enough to accommodate this rig and still have 80 000 fans in it (SOCCER CITY), the ticket price would have to average about R6000 to get to around 24million dollars event budget (tickets for SoFi event averaged around 300dollars and we assume there were 80k pax) This is not factual… I’m making all sorts of assumptions… but we complain about R750 tickets… we would cry at anything above that for a nose bleed seat. In conclusion… we’re never getting a Ye show like this unless HE DECIDES he’s gonna bring it here or Live Nation are willing to subsidise it majorly for a SAn market. OR A BANK PAYS FOR IT
