I’ve experienced both. Foreign help for me was always about convenience. They take work more seriously because they have limited options. I currently have only SAn staff and it’s ok. They do come with more stress unfortunately cause if it’s not clinic trips, sick days or death of a relative, it’s something😖 Disclaimer: I always comply with minimum wages.
