Now that Griffon 2.16.0 is out the door work on Griffon 3.X will resume with: - removal of split packages - removal of Pivot & Lanterna - JDK 11 & JavaFX 17 as baseline - reduce reflection usage - full JPMS module descriptors

After a 3 year hiatus I’m ready to restart work on the Griffon framework. The next release (2.16.0) adds more convenient factories for #JavaFX bindings and expressions. The big change is the use of Maven archetypes to bootstrap both #Maven and #Gradle projects. Follow @theaviary

@TargetJava Gradle 4.7 is too low, you need a higher version such as 5.6 or even 6.2
