Antisemitism is hatred, prejudice, discrimination, or hostility directed at Jews because they are Jewish. A widely used definition says it is a perception of Jews that may be expressed as hatred, with acts directed at Jewish people. Protesting against Israel as a government or state means opposing the actions, policies, laws, military conduct, or political ideology of Israel as a state actor, in the same way people protest any government. Criticism of governments is part of democratic political expression.

Looking forward to the update and action you’re taking on this - they haven’t been shut down yet and are still operating - but I expect you knew that and are going to get the police involved soon. x.com/ShockatAdam/st… Meanwhile we have a very rapid police response to this x.com/CoviLeaks/stat… So, I guess it’s just about priorities!?!

Illegal West Bank settlements are expanding, with Palestinan land being sold directly in the UK. Why is our Government allowing this to happen? I raised this with the Foreign Secretary. The response was abysmal to say the least.

We will block far right agitators from traveling to Britain this weekend for a march designed to confront and provoke our diverse capital city. We will not allow people to come to the UK, threaten our communities and spread hate on our streets.

@Narrative_Fix @10DowningStreet a two tier justice system. In the UK, the government chooses to selectively deem what can and cannot be prosecuted - while for the average person justice over a wearing a flag or posting on social media has immediate actions.

IDF data shows 2,069 British nationals served in the Israeli military during the Gaza massacre including Izzy Lenga. The UK Met Police refused to investigate war crime dossiers. It's peak British justice to ban a scarf while electing the person who held the rifle. #labour #gaza

Horrifying. Israel bombed a residential building in Toul, South Lebanon. Paramedics rushed inside to save civilians trapped under the rubble. Israel waited for them to enter. Then dropped another bomb on them. Israel is hunting down and assassinating medical rescuers.

Yes stamp out antisemitism - and other ascism and hate crimes. Stand up for British Jews. The UK goverment also needs to take a hard stance against Israel - follow the example of the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sanchez. We do not want the actions of Israel associated with the UK. declassifieduk.org/how-a-uk-arms-…

They called the dog rape story a hoax and blood libel. It is now in the New York Times. Zionists your lies will never win. Everyone knows how depraved Israel is.
Owen Jones@owenjonesjourno

I reported on the testimonies of Palestinians raped by dogs last month. Pro-Israel cheerleaders responded by claiming this was an outrageous lie - and that it was antisemitic. The New York Times has now published the testimony of a Palestinian detainee.

How Israel Hijacked Eurovision A New York Times investigation reveals that Israel ran a coordinated, multi-year campaign to turn Eurovision into a soft-power tool; spending at least $1 million on Eurovision marketing, including funds from PM Netanyahu's "hasbara" propaganda office, with $800,000+ on ads around the 2024 Malmö contest alone. The Israeli government bought multilingual ads urging viewers to vote up to 20 times for its contestants, with Netanyahu himself posting voting graphics on Instagram; embassies pressured European broadcasters to keep Israel in the contest. Israel's singer won the popular vote in countries where Israel polls deeply unpopular, and Times analysis found a few hundred voters could swing outcomes. The European Broadcasting Union downplayed concerns, kept full vote data secret, canceled an emergency vote on Israel's participation, and adopted vague rule tweaks instead, prompting Iceland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, and Slovenia to boycott the 2026 contest in Vienna.

A poetical piece of prose from a woman who thinks that Israel has a moral compass, doesn’t recognise #genocide, war crimes, or inhumane acts committed by Israel - ask yourself why? She has already said in relation to Gaza that Israel has a right to defend itself - well if levelling Gaza is defence I haven’t got a clue what offensive action looks like!!! Next thing that you will probably hear her say - The ICJ? “Malicious smears.” Starving children in photographs? “Fake and fraudulent images.” UN reports? “Compromised.” Organizations like Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch? “Morally bankrupt.” Journalists documenting events? “Terrorists.” The Palestinian people themselves? “Don’t exist.” The conservatives lost significant ground in local elections yet she was deluded enough to call it a success. Talks about being accountable but doesn’t recognise her own accountability in those results. So, a women with no human decency, shouts loudly, little substance and rides trending media waves like a surfer.

Keir Starmer’s speech was sad to watch. With so many resets, even his reset button needs a reset. But I do not take pleasure in watching the Prime Minister flounder. The country needs leadership, not another speech from a man who clearly knows something has gone badly wrong, but still can't explain why. This is Labour’s real problem. It is not just Starmer - all the pretenders jostling for his job do not have the answers either, because they all believe the same things: more welfare, more state control, more borrowing, more regulation. They are busy arguing over who should drive the car, but the truth is they are all heading in the wrong direction. They have no vision for the future. What we need is to get Britain working again. That is why I have proposed an alternative King’s Speech with a a clear plan to reward effort, cut the cost of government, secure our borders, rebuild industry and back families who do the right thing. If Labour are serious about fixing the country they could do all of this tomorrow. Whether they have the bravery or the common sense to do that is a different matter.

Iran submitted its response to the US. Netanyahu was in the middle of a conference when he stepped out to take a phone call from Trump. Over an hour later, Trump delivered the American reply — and Iran’s response was completely rejected. It appears the President of the United States cannot respond to Iran without first consulting Netanyahu. This level of influence is starting to look like overt occupation, and the whole world is noticing.

UNREAL. In the wake of 60 Minutes trying to smear Bibi Netanyahu for having a “hunger” for “conflict,” the Israeli PM explains how the Hamas/Iran attack on October 7th changed him: Netanyahu: “Before the October 7th, I was considered perhaps the most restrained Prime Minister in Israel's history. I was conceived as being politically tough, but militarily very restrained. Obviously, it changed on October 7th because they were going to annihilate us. I didn't think it was just an attack by Hamas. I saw it as it was, an attack by the Iran axis to try to annihilate us through a noose of death. And I said on the second day of the war, I said, we're going to change the Middle East. We're going to change this condition where they're ganging up on us, thinking they're going to wipe out the one and only Jewish state, wipe out 3,500 years of Jewish history. It's not going to happen. Not on my watch. And I said to the Israeli citizens, not on your watch.”
