generally social media managers are one of the most undervalued marketing roles in crypto/ tech > not taken seriously by teams > relatively underpaid compared to technical roles > expectations and KPIs often unrealistic and yet, this is a role with high impact because crypto distribution and marketing is so focused on social media i'm so grateful to be at a company that is an exception to the above treat/pay your social people well
