@thefinalfill @DiegoChunguss @sfergs_ 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom units in main Toronto are absolutely not 2,500. We are not talking about a badement unit at Jane and Finch. If you want an actual unit close to the subway system, they are all over 3,000.

@DiegoChunguss @sfergs_ Considering the absolute cheapest 2 bed, 2 bath unit in Toronto is aboce 3,000 CAD, thats still insanely cheap.
