Around 3am this morning, my neighbor was coming back home with his bike. Policemen from ijede police station ,at itamaga traffic light at the time intercepted him and wanted to take his bike from him without asking relevant questions. He refused to release his bike, so he was beaten to a pulp. One of the policemen even threatened to shoot him if he doesn't release the bike.
