More crazy Filipino TV series concepts: In the Lastikman TV series, the titular superhero was born from an alien and a human and was originally born as a slime before he eventually managed to become a normal baby.
One of the craziest alien species concept I remember was in the Philippine TV series Kokey where an alien civilization abducted some scientists and forced them to create contraceptives for their overpopulation problem only for the plot twist that they reproduce via eye contact.
