As wages decouple from productivity and machines handle more and more work, capital becomes the main way to secure economic agency. UAE is one of the best places on Earth for this right now because of zero personal income tax, zero capital gains tax, and zero dividend tax for individuals. Your gains compound fully without tax drag.

Storyboarding is time intensive and can be dull as shit. AI is an obvious way to make it faster and less cumbersome. Real artists will use AI for those processes that are like that. Fake artists will insist the boring parts are the artistic process, because they are not creatives
Culture Crave 🍿@CultureCrave

Martin Scorsese is now a partner and advisor for a generative AI startup He says he's using AI during preproduction to help storyboard projects “I’m interested in the intersection of technology and storytelling, and seeing how that can push the bounds of creativity to create deeper and richer experiences for audiences ... cinema is a young medium ... we have to be open to how it can evolve" (via @nytimes)

What's this guy talking about? The wells we see in backyard of Indian homes, the brick houses, the bullock carts, the rangoli, the co-existence with wild animals, the bangles, the pottery, the toys, the ditches on the side of roads, the use of millet, the textiles - so much hasn't changed in India since Harappan times. Perhaps no other civilization has such an unchanged continuous history for some 7000+ years preserving itself and its dangerous wild animals as well. If a Harappan time travels to present day India, he will instantly feel at home. Albeit scoff at the bad sanitation and cleanliness of our modern towns, I am sure.

"AI HAS NO PLACE IN FILMMAKING!" say the luddites and then the G.O.A.T drops this. If you are listening to the haters telling you AI has no place in in filmmaking and ignoring Scorsese, Spielberg, Cameron, Davies, Schrader, Aronofsky, then you need to check yourself.
Black Forest Labs@bfl_ai

Martin Scorsese is an advisor to Black Forest Labs. He's spent six decades shaping how the world sees stories. Now he's helping us shape visual intelligence with human taste and craft at the center. We sat down with him for a working storyboarding session using FLUX.

Hollywood spent decades teaching us to fear AI. Then we trained AI on those stories. And it learned to misbehave. Stories are blueprints; we must end the fearmongering narrative.

This one paper by BIT Jharkhand graduate, Indian origin lead researcher Ashish Vaswani (@ashVaswani) and co has helped add $10 trillion to the world's market capitalization. That's 150x Jharkhand's GDP and 2.5x India's GDP. Let that sink in.

If any of you are experiencing unexplained JOY today, Congratulations, you have good Jupiter In your birth chart. Jupiter is good in birth chart when a person thinks about others and works selflessly. No money needs to be spent for remedy when you can do it from within, isn't it..?! Bhagwan Ram had Jupiter in Cancer in Lagna. So did, Ganga Mata and Pitamah Bheeshma. They all lived selflessly, for others' welfare. Bhagwan Vishnu loves DevGuru Brihaspati the most because Jupiter wants to give to others, be it knowledge, wealth, riches, love, happiness, all goodies of life..!! If you have any friends/relatives who have Jupiter in Cancer Lagna, Congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻..!! You've done some very good amount of punya in your past lives. If you yourself have Jupiter in Cancer Lagna, my pranaams to you 🙏🏻🙏🏻..!!

In Chapter 1 of 007 First Light ("The Needle's Eye"), IO Interactive drops a young, unrefined James Bond right into a high-stakes MI6 training facility built inside an old coastal fortress on the island of Malta. Literal epicenters of the Great Siege of 1565. During that brutal conflict, a heavily outnumbered force of the Knights Hospitaller and Maltese civilians held the line against the massive invading armada of the Ottoman Empire (the Turks) in one of history's most famous "trial by fire" defenses.
