I’m trying to do the math on this but how is this like mathematically possible unless you’re just counting screen time by the amount of hours your laptop or desktop computer is turned on. My pc is prolly on all day but usually I’m not at it and it just has cron tasks and stuff up or some encoding process running Most people spend like 20 mins showering and shaving/skincare, probably an 40-60 mins or so of physical activity even if it’s walking if you don’t wanna die, I assume most people spend 30 mins eating lunch and at least another 30 on dinner (let’s just pretend you skip breakfast Even assuming no exercise wouldn’t this mean like 5 hours of sleep?

Protip: if your ADHD is so out of control that you can't even make it to the doctor for a prescription, nicotine gum + coffee or suadafed + coffee can help you get there. Not that I encourage a nicotine habit but ADHD destroys the ability to schedule and keep appointments so 🤷
