Disappointed, frustrated, and angry. My work trip was ruined due to the carelessness of the crew for at Logan airport. They carried my power wheelchair seat with one hand while juggling other suitcases, ultimately breaking it. Their attempt to save time cost me three days of obligations. It's not about being #disabled; it's about the impact of individual carelessness. @AirCanada was doing better, but one employee ruined the progress. #RightsOnFlights #disabilityawareness #airportexperience
