@rhiannaaa_x Hi! If you are having issues with accessing the presale, to change it so O2 links don’t open in app: Go to device settings Apps Choose Ticketmaster App Click “set as default ” And turn off “Open supported links” Thanks! - ST

@TicketmasterUK Hello, I’ve been trying to get 02 priority tickets for Davido but the ticketmaster website keeps bringing me back to the priority app. It’s not allowing me to purchase tickets, I just keep going back to the app and then back to the website

Shout out to @ticketmasteruk for a terrible experience trying to book tickets for @muse. Genuine buyers blocked because of a poorly implimented feature on your site. Within minutes lots of tickets are on reseller sites. Fancy buying them back for me and I'll pay you face value?

@ShaneDefender24 Please clear your cache/cookies and ensure you aren't using any VPN software on your device/WiFi. If this doesn't help, please try using a different browser/device or using mobile data instead of WiFi. Thanks! - AN
