If the transaction is showing as pending this will mean that the booking did not complete. The pending charge will usually drop off the account by the end of the day, but can take a bit longer on occasion. The amount should then reflect in your total balance once it does. Thanks. - JM

@TicketmasterUK I was in middle of purchasing 4 tickets plus one meet and greet. Came to pay and said no meet and greets left. Then I had to remove and got kicked out and now get this. Please help.
