@TicketmasterCS Hi, I can’t access my Ticketmaster France account. It’s asking for an SMS verification code, but I’m not receiving it because my phone number is from Türkiye (+90). How can I access my account? I have tickets linked to it.

@TicketmasterCS I have done that now. I have spent HOURS on the phone and on emails trying to get 2 campsites changed. Why can no one help????

@TicketmasterUK You are absolutely useless!!!! Technical website issues on Wednesday meant I got the wrong campsite for Reading Festival, Oasis, and have been trying to change to Vista for 5 days.15 emails, 2 phone calls to customer service, no one can help?! Technical error!!!!

@Jimitakesover Hi. We’ll always provide the opportunity to transfer tickets whenever we can, but this option isn’t available for every event. It’s possible that it may be available nearer the event date, but this isn’t something that we can guarantee. Thanks! - JM

@TicketmasterCS do you want to explain or idk maybe fix my ticketmaster please? it’s been stuck like this for well over a month now, i have no tabs open at all, deleted and redownloaded the app, tried opening the app on my ipad, tried opening it on a google browser and NOTHING.

@TicketmasterCS hi i can't access my ticketmaster account because i'm not receiving the SMS verification code. my event is on July 18. I've alreadv contacted customer support, but my issue is still unresolved. I still don't receive the SMS verification code and can't access my mobile tickets.
