"[This bill] would make it easier for tertiary students to adapt and work more efficiently" Hon. Member of Parliament pushes for the Bill on a Day of Madantory Remote Learning.
Hon. Member of Parliament questions "if students are at home, who's holding them accountable for their work?", as well as the social isolation and lowering self-esteem which comes with remote learning for "at-risk" students.
"[This bill] can only be achieved when a student has a safe home environment to stay in, thus negating the positive aspects of remote learning" - Hon. Member of Parliament warns againts the disadvantages of online learning.
