@sauermom_ I’m 27 and still agreeing cause now I have friends in their mid 30s and they strongly dislike going after anyone over 8-10 years younger. I’ve also heard that the reason men go for 18-24 is because “they’re more fertile” like… women are having babies in their 30s constantly

@SydneyMykah @MacDoesIt Sort of similar to Skins (UK) for sure. It has that type of set up cause some have younger siblings heh? Can use that to jumpstart next Gen like Skins did with Effy. Then again, could also just cancel the show. Replace it with something better
English

Girl it’s cancelled. The people that watched the first season of this show while in actual high school are already in college and/or graduated. Coming back and convincing us that they are still juniors/seniors won’t work and a time jump just won’t hit right.

@alohaaaaaaa77 @gaialect I like your line of things being as complex as they are simple

@Kalinyx14 @ATMwithJacy The best thing to do in conflict situations is speak openly and honestly and with the aim of reaching a fair decision. This situation in particular is tricky because it’s three whole kids she didn’t sign up for
English

@tiffuploaded @ATMwithJacy I mean, in fairness, in the husband's situation I'd make the same choice too. Sometimes two people's needs diverge and they just come to the end of their road together. You'd hope everyone can be an adult about it, despite the obvious pain.

@jaiden248 @gaialect I feel like there was much less variety of parenting advice available as well when they raised me and my siblings. These days, parents can prepare a lot more before even bringing a child into the world. I think people prep more these days with a lot more emotional foresight
English

@jaiden248 @gaialect I’ve been healing my relationship with my parents since 2019. It takes a lot more work on my end (in my opinion) as I go through inner child and shadow work. Covid put a strain on the healing cause lockdowns and I moved out. Yet it oddly helped too. Having distance from them.

@ATMwithJacy Seems more like she had a boundary set in place that her husband violated. Surely he was aware to some extent that she never wanted more children. In her situation, in her shoes, I’d make the same choice. Kids deserve a parent that wants them. Her husband didn’t respect her
