@tkmaxx_uk Bought at Westfield, but Charing Cross Rd refused to remove a faulty security tag without a receipt, despite credit card proof. Why should I waste time and travel money fixing your mistake? Can you help me? This tag also appears to be faulty as it does not beep!

@TKMaxx_UK one of your staff members kicked my shoes in your derby store. I was trying on shoes and went to put a pair back and saw him kick my personal shoes. When challenged he said they were in the way. Kicking customer shoes is not ok
