Our web3 gaming hub was flagged for ‘multi-accounting’ in the latest @nyanheroes airdrop campaign
even though we played almost all matches together
I tried explaining about the hub but they just said “you’re banned, bye”
what can I do to prevent this from happening in future play-to-airdrop campaigns?
the players got really frustrated with that 🥲

@monomazikku3 The Penalty System is meant to punish players for leaving the game. Right now it can't tell if you crash or left by choice. We are trying to improve this system to punish AFK players not legitimate players like yourself. Thanks for the feedback!
