@imshaughnessyok The Qs which come to my mind on thinking about this are: * How big are the teams in each location? * How are the skills/team capabilities distributed across the timezones? * Is the team growing, or is the headcount static over the next 12mo? * What outcomes are you hoping for?

@imshaughnessyok We do it, but do have 2hr of working hour overlap each day and I think for the way we currently work, that sync up time is important. We use the sync up time mostly for cross-functional design meetings (UI/UX/Technical+Product).

Has anyone been able to create a relatively productive product development process with teams in upside-down time zones? I would love to bend your ear for a half hour. We're US-based with folks in India and it's really hurting
