John Cominsky was lightly recruited out of high school and ended up playing D-2 Football at the University of Charleston in West Virginia. After a few seasons in Atlanta he was cut by the Falcons and picked up by the Lions. He had a big year starting 8 games at DE - recording 30 tackles & 4 Sacks. He showed up to Detriot to sign a 2-Year $8.5 Million contract in a T-Shirt that said: "One year of focus and hustle can change your life forever."
