AI-driven conversational spam bots on Reddit posts to farm karma. AI-driven reposting bots to farm karma. AI-driven marketing bots to spend karma on spam. Are there any people left out there?

Rumor has it that Meta/Facebook is working to create a Twitter competitor. So if working with These Assholes disturbs you, you can work with Those Assholes instead.

Having construction work done on your house is like having roommates again. There’s always someone in your space. They make a lot of noise, and randomly move your furniture around. There are rooms in your house you can’t go into. And every now and then they ask you for a check.

Do kids today understand that mini-maps in the corner of the screen of video games pre-date mini-maps in the corner of your vision in cars/walking/real life?

Kids today won’t believe this, but the internet used to be where we’d go to get away from the idiots.
