Finally opened up about my mental health struggles. Went to my appointment today — referred to psychology, meds increased, got sleeping tablets too. Doc said I’ve been broken longer than I realised. Feels like a step in the right direction Thank you to everyone being there for me

The past few months have been pretty rough, with a lot of ups and downs mentally and just feeling a bit lost at times. Still not fully where I want to be, but having sport to focus on, an amazing fiancée by my side, and some top friends around me has made a massive difference.
