@twilio your support team is disappointing! First you suspend my brand new account. Then you ask me to answer questions, I answer them, and now every time I reply, I get a new person asking the same questions I already answered. Now, you closed my account. WHAT. THE. HELL?!

@twilio I’m really trying to love you guys but can someone help me out i only get responses at like 4 am and even with that it’s like u guys send one email a day if i respond i have to wait until 4 am for a response my account got manually approved and a few minutes later gets rejected

@twilio I have submitted a number for verification almost 2 weeks ago....I have contacted support and still no answer....This is horrible.....why do you not care about your customers....this is holding up our complete project.

@twilio @twiliosupport IE1 region doesn't support SMS. Your console recommended IE1 for my location. I loaded credits. Now I'm stuck. Support is unresponsive for hours. My app launch is blocked. How do I migrate credits to US1 or get a refund?

@twilio Hi @SendGrid — I'm locked out of my brand new account and stuck in a catch-22. I verified my email, got into the dashboard once, but now cannot log in. The error says "Cannot access the account." Your support portal requires login to access support, which I can't do.

@TwilioHelp can't get access to sendgrid... can't contact support because you need to log in to do so... just going round in circles and issue not being fixed.
